Ruth, chapter 4, part 1. In the story of Ruth we see Boaz take on his role as ‘Kinsman Redeemer’: one who brings redemption to all that was lost. In this Boaz reflects the heart of God and is a picture of Jesus, who acts as our very own Kinsman Redeemer.
