Part 6. You can believe many things about Jesus, but if you don’t have the resurrection you don’t have the gospel. The resurrection and ascension are both absolutely vital to Christianity.

Part 5. So much of baptism isn’t actually about us. We’re declaring what Jesus has done: that he has paid the price, set us free, and brought us into new life. We get to be a footnote in his story.

Part 4. Why did Jesus die? Because of love. He wants no one (literally no one) to perish, no one to miss the rescue boat, no one to miss out on life.
