Part 2. The whole of Christianity hinges on one moment in history which, if proved untrue, would cause the entire religion to come crashing down. But if true, it’s significance is of infinite importance to each one of us.

In Scripture, names reflect the character and history of a person. When the Psalmist says, “how majestic is your name,” he means that God’s essence, being, character and identity is unthinkably excellent and glorious.

Written by King David, thousands of years ago, this is a song about resuce, deliverance and salvation that captures the heart of the gospel, years before Jesus walked the earth.

Easter Sunday is the pinnacle of the Christian faith. It’s where hopelessness and despair got flipped upside down and the impossible thing happened: when Jesus resurrected from death, and triumphed over the grave.
