In Scripture, names reflect the character and history of a person. When the Psalmist says, “how majestic is your name,” he means that God’s essence, being, character and identity is unthinkably excellent and glorious.

Part 6. It’s only through faith in Jesus that we can know God. Placing confidence in anything else will fail and obscure us from him.
Poor choices and bad circumstances can lead us into difficulty. Family breakdown and personal isolation often occur but God doesn’t leave us there. God is committed to us as a father to a son and won’t let us go.
