Part 9. Galatians 4 contrasts two types of people: the slave and the free.
Part 6. It’s only through faith in Jesus that we can know God. Placing confidence in anything else will fail and obscure us from him.
Part 5. Salvation come through faith alone. We need to be on our guard against any kind of legalism, any kind of discriminatory views that create divisions amongst us. We need to embrace all people — and not just at arms length.
Part 4. The phrase “fallen from grace” comes from the book of Galatians. In Paul’s letter, it means you act as if the free gift of God has been given on the basis of merit — as if the gospel wasn’t true.
Part 3. Transformation occurs in all of us. Sometimes it’s an immediate and overnight change, and at other times it’s much more gradual.
